Miri

Miri is located in the extreme northeast of Sarawak, the Land of Hornbills overlooking the South China Sea. It is the largest town in Sarawak.
The town graduated from being referred to as the ‘Grand Old Lady’ to the ‘Oil Town’.

    Google maps is wrong. That is Miri river. Sungai Baong is the smaller stream along Jalan Sukan leading into Krokop.
